We do not manufacture these products; we source them exclusively from authorized distributors, official partners, and verified suppliers.

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic and undergo strict quality and authenticity checks before shipping.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts,

  • You provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that:

  • Product descriptions, images, and details are accurate

  • Colors and materials are displayed as precisely as possible

  • All items listed are available unless marked otherwise

However:

  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to device display differences

  • Product availability may change without notice

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable

We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of:

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation email

  2. A Shipping Confirmation email once your item is dispatched

We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • There is a pricing or system error

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Fraud is suspected

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which outlines:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

Title and risk pass to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and import taxes may apply

  • These charges are not included in product prices

  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees upon delivery

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed.
No refund can be issued in such cases.

8. Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear

  • Beauty products, fragrances, cosmetics

  • Items with broken seals or missing tags

11. Accuracy of Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing:

  • Full and correct delivery address

  • Valid contact information

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

12. Fraud Prevention

  • Suspicious orders may be canceled
